From Dig to Display: Get Behind the Scenes at the Museum of Archaeology

Celebrate the reopening of the Museum of Archaeology’s upstairs gallery with family-friendly activities for all ages. Handle animal bones, learn how archaeologists study remains and care for collections, try creative crafts and join a short curator tour. Tours run hourly at half past the hour and places are allocated on arrival.
What it costs
Free. General admission does not require booking. Curator tours are first come, first served, with a maximum of 15 people; sign up on arrival.
