Suitable for all the family. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over. The operator asks visitors to consider the 1.5-mile route for very small children. · Outdoor, after-dark family light trail with hills, uneven ground and dimly lit sections.
Access notes
The main trail includes hills and uneven terrain and is not fully wheelchair accessible. A shorter route is offered for wheelchair users and visitors with reduced mobility, but it excludes the Deer Park section containing Santa's Village. Accessible toilets, free carer tickets and selected reduced-capacity sensory sessions are advertised. Some flashing lights are used, although there is no strobe lighting.
