About this event
Sing familiar Christmas carols together inside Durham Cathedral at a short service made for sharing with family and friends. Carols for All combines readings, prayers and singing over about half an hour, giving families a shorter cathedral service to consider during the Christmas season. Everyone is welcome and there are no tickets or advance booking. Choose one of the published Friday or Sunday services; there is no Saturday Carols for All on 5 December. Allow extra time to reach the cathedral, as the road from Market Place is closed on the service dates and Palace Green parking is unavailable. This is a worship service with carols to join in, rather than a separate staged Christmas show.
