About this event
Join Mr Poppy, a school full of children and a Christmas production that does not go smoothly in Nativity! Songs and classroom chaos drive this British festive comedy, with Martin Freeman and Marc Wootton among the cast. For families living through their own school-show season, the setting adds an especially familiar sort of Christmas excitement. Gosforth Civic Theatre is showing the 2009 film as part of its festive cinema programme. It is rated U and runs for 105 minutes, though that film length is not a confirmed end time for the whole visit. Book the Nativity! screening separately and check any seating requirements with the theatre. Café food and drinks are available to buy around the film.
