The Grinch Visits Hopetown

community events

About this event

Keep an eye out for a grumpy green visitor as you explore Hopetown: the Grinch is roaming the site and getting up to festive mischief. Children can try Grinch-inspired crafts in The Stores, while a Whoville costume competition gives imaginative dressers a reason to come in character. This is a day of spotting and interacting with a roaming character, rather than a booked meet-and-greet. If you see him, you can ask for a selfie, so have the camera ready without promising children a particular appointment. The event is free and runs from 10am to 4pm on 5 December. Other Hopetown Christmas attractions, including skating, have their own arrangements and charges if you want to add them to your visit.
