About this activity
A family-friendly wetland reserve with birds, otters, flamingos, woodland, wildlife hides, nature trails, adventure play, seasonal water play and a café. Children under three enter free. Opening days change seasonally from September 2026, with fewer weekday openings during autumn and winter, so check the official calendar before travelling. During September and October, the published opening days are Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with October half-term opening as an exception to the Wednesday and Thursday closure. Check the current seasonal calendar before travelling.
