An elf leads the way through Tynemouth Park’s maze to a wooden grotto hidden inside. There, your family has a private visit with Santa, with time for photographs and videos before each booked child receives a gift and certificate. A hot chocolate and a festive biscuit add a treat to the outing. Families wait in the Greenhouse café with light entertainment until it’s their turn, rather than queuing outside throughout. Book all visiting children together if you want one group visit; the limit is six children meeting Santa and ten people altogether. Four groups share each half-hour booking window, so the window is not the length of your individual meeting. Arrive before it begins and remember that accompanying adults pay separately on the day.
