About this event
Magic, wartime adventure and three children caught up in a spell-making quest come to Beamish’s Grand Cinema in Bedknobs and Broomsticks. The story brings an apprentice witch and an unlikely magician together in a search for the missing part of a spell to help defend Britain during the Second World War. For families who like their holiday films with fantasy and adventure, the recreated cinema adds another reason to leave the sofa. The screening is certificate PG and takes place in the 1950s Town, with under-16s accompanied by an adult. Book a separate cinema ticket online in advance, even if you hold a museum pass, and allow time to get from the entrance to the cinema.
