About this event
Let the children help choose a present with a story behind it at Baltic’s Winter Makers Market. More than 50 independent makers fill the Level 1 Event Space with illustration, ceramics, textiles, jewellery, glass and other design-led pieces. You can meet the people who made them and find out about their work as you browse. It’s an indoor shopping stop for families who enjoy looking at colourful, handmade things together, with plenty of variety across the stalls. The market is organised by Endless Love Creative and brings together established and emerging makers from across the UK. Adult entry is £2 and visitors aged 18 and under enter free, but booking is essential. Contact Baltic beforehand if you have specific access requirements.
